Refund policy

If you've changed your mind, you may return your unused item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unlit, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Used candles, used wax melts, used burners, gift cards and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Unless an item is faulty or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return postage.
