How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is usually 2–3 working days. Express orders placed before 1:00 pm are dispatched the same working day.
Are your candles handcrafted?
Yes, every Neon Noir candle is carefully hand-poured in Suffolk.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn and allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn.
How do I use wax melts?
Use one wax melt at a time in a suitable wax warmer. Never add water and never leave a burner unattended.
Can I return my order?
